Swedish - A relaxation massage which improves circulation, using long flowing strokes to ease muscle tension with light to medium pressure.

Deep Tissue - Deep pressure combined with specific techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and osteopathic stretches to help with chronic pain, injuries and athletic performance.

Integrative Massage - Utilizing Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques, and customizing for your particular needs.  Massage helps to improve circulation, works out knots, muscle aches, improves range of motion and joint stiffness.  Can alleviate headaches, numbness and tingling in hands & fingers, low back pain, tight neck & shoulders.  Improves mood & promotes deep relaxation.  Warm stones upon request.

Prenatal Massage - Promotes relaxation for mom and baby. Helps to ease low back and hip discomfort, neck and shoulder tension and edema build-up.

Aroma-Reflexology - There are over 7,200 nerve endings in each foot, which have an extensive interconnection with the central nervous system.  Reflexology is the act of applying pressure on certain areas of the feet that correspond to particular organs and glands of the body using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques.  Custom chosen aromatherapy oils will be applied to nerve reflex points for aid in therapy and wellness.  Session includes a warm towel wrap.
